Municipality cleaning Camps Bay Drive

Nice to see that Cape Town municipality is making an effort in Camps Bay to keep the area tidy - just yesterday I noticed that their team (on a weekend!) cleaned up the side of Camps Bay Drive - thank you Municipality (and thanks to all rate payers ;-)

Pictures from Ian's training

Sitting in Ian's training and listening to once again to a fantastic presentation on what CBW is all about, and how important patrol training is.

Just thought that I'd share these pictures with you - more than 15 people attended ad-hoc without much notice - thanks to all of you that came!

Why this blog?

Hello Camps Bay Watch members and friends of CBW!

In addition to the www.campsbaywatch.org website, we have setup this blog which gives you the ability to post content, pictures and comments in addition to our new website.

This blog is not replacing the site, but should serve as addition to it where everyone has the opportunity to make some noise. Say what you have to say, as long as it relates to CBW and our objective to make our community a safer one.

In addition, we want to encourage people to focus in this open space on the community aspect a bit more, in addition to the necessity of crime prevention.

So enjoy this space and feel free to post up your stories, pictures and anything else on this blog!

Regards,
your Camps Bay Watch.
